Behind every major project is a team that has to align, decide and act under pressure. For two decades we have worked alongside those teams — owners, engineers and contractors — helping them make better decisions together on some of the most complex infrastructure projects around.
We do that by giving people clarity: the right information at the right moment, processes that are easy to follow, and a shared way of working in risk management and Early Contractor Involvement. The tools matter — but only because they free people to do their best work.

Kenneth Willems
Founder & Managing Director
Kenneth has spent two decades in the management and governance of complex infrastructure projects, in leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. As Head of Corporate Risk Management at DEME Group (2015–2019), he built the tools and practices that carried risk management across the organisation.
A civil engineer (Ghent University) with an MBA (Manchester Business School), he chaired the PIANC working group that wrote the international reference framework on Early Contractor Involvement, is vice-chairman of the Institute of Risk Management’s BeLux chapter, and served as an ISO 31000 expert at the NBN standardisation commissions. His current focus: project management and risk systems for project-based sectors, ECI facilitation — and AI-driven automation of the processes around them.
Céline Hanauer
Founder & Managing Director
Céline brings an international career spanning academic research, training, public administration and the private sector — with a legal background in international law (University of Strasbourg) and intellectual property (University of Lille).
She has brought innovative IT products to market, run document control, managed start-ups and non-profits, and steers the statutory, administrative and contractual side of business operations.

Studied Digital Arts and Entertainment at Howest. Designed and built several virtual onboarding and conference spaces for V-Rooms.
Mary Shah
Marketing
Bachelor’s in Business Management, major in Marketing (Artevelde, Ghent). Helped define V-Rooms’ marketing and communication strategy.
Lotte Peeters
Marketing
Bachelor’s in International Journalism and a postgraduate in Entrepreneurship, complemented by Visual Design studies (LUCA, Ghent).

Studied Electronics & ICT at Odisee. Contributed to the development of V-Rooms’ web and VR platform.
