Who we are
V-Rooms is a venture by Vuentica BV, Daningsdreef 1, B-9840 De Pinte, Belgium (BTW BE 0726.665.305, RPR Gent). The V-Rooms pages are hosted on vuentica.com. You can reach us at [email protected] or +32 476 96 19 14.
What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we receive the details you fill in (name, company, function, country, phone, email address and your message). The submission is relayed to our mailbox by our form provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts solely as a delivery service and processes your details under its own privacy policy. We use the information solely to respond to your request. It is not stored in a database, not used for automated marketing and never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Demo requests
We do not use an external scheduling tool. If you request a live demo, we agree a date with you by email and send you a calendar invitation.
Cookies
The V-Rooms pages themselves do not set tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we retain your data
Contact requests are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
